This holistic approach has helped over 500 individuals navigate significant career transitions, develop leadership skills, and achieve clarity and fulfilment in their work.

Nelson’s process involves creating a tailored experience for each client. “Together, my clients and I create a safe space for them to discover what they most need and desire in their careers and how they can achieve their goals. The result of this is clarity, confidence, and increased fulfilment at work,” she explains. Nelson believes that every individual possesses unique gifts and strengths, which she aims to bring to the forefront.

At Careers by Design, clients are encouraged to reflect on their values, strengths, and career priorities. “You have unique gifts and strengths,” Nelson states. “I can help you explore what lights you up, where your strengths lie, and what your career priorities are, which all acts as a map for you as you move forward.”
